cementerio

At ÀLTIMA, we want to inform you of the latest containment measures in effect from 10/09/2021, which we are implementing to act with the utmost responsibility in response to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

### 1. PREVENTIVE ACTIONS

These are a series of protective measures for both families and the ÀLTIMA team to prevent the spread of the virus and comply with guidelines from competent authorities.

1.1 Our advisors will minimize contact with families who have experienced a death. Only a maximum of two family members will be allowed during the process. They must wear gloves and masks, and physical contact will be avoided at all times.

1.2 Home or residence visits will not be conducted except in exceptional cases.

1.3 No deceased individuals declared COVID-19 positive will be conditioned, and all such services will be provided with a closed casket; opening the casket will not be permitted at any time.

1.4 For wake services: the maximum capacity must comply with 10 people who can maintain a physical distance of 1.5 meters at all times, following the established hygiene and safety regulations. Please check capacity with the center where you wish to hold the service. Mask use is mandatory at ÀLTIMA centers.

1.5 Ceremonies at funeral homes, parishes, and places of worship: The number of attendees is limited to 100% of the venue's capacity. Please check capacity with the center where you wish to hold the ceremony.

1.6 Flower shops at funeral homes are open to the public.

1.7 Remember that the website www.altima-sfi.com also allows you to send condolences online, as well as upload photos and videos "in memoriam" to the Memorial Space on the website.

1.8 Cafeterias at funeral homes will follow the capacity regulations set by the authorities at any given time, adhering to the general safety distance criteria. Maximum: 50% indoor capacity, tables for up to 6 people.

1.9 Attendance at burials in case of inhumation will be limited by each cemetery's regulations, respecting the current general safety distance criteria. Maximum: 10 people.

1.10 Presence at crematories: Due to the size of the introduction rooms, the presence of family members in this room is limited to a maximum of 3 people.

1.11 Escort vehicles or taxis can occupy all seats, including the front passenger seat.

1.12 The frequency of cleaning in various areas of ÀLTIMA facilities has been increased in accordance with the new regulations.

We take this opportunity to remind you to take all preventive hygiene measures recommended by health authorities. Mask use is mandatory at ÀLTIMA funeral homes.

All ÀLTIMA staff appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this situation.
