All content (memories, condolences, photographs, videos) sent to the Memorial Space can be published, hidden, or deleted by the administrator (family representative for managing the Memorial Space). The content that the administrator decides to publish will be visible to everyone who accesses the Memorial Space of the deceased.
The administrator can also respond to people who send content through the address they specify in this form.
The family of the deceased may retain all shared content (except for videos) after closing the Memorial Space of the deceased. ÀLTIMA will not retain any content, nor will it be responsible for them.

ÀLTIMA informs you that the personal data you provide by filling out this form will be processed by ELYSIUS EUROPA SL as the data controller.
The purpose of collecting and processing your data is to manage your request to leave a condolence note, set anniversary reminders, or share images/videos. Additionally, if you authorize us, we will process your personal data to conduct general commercial actions and, in particular, to create a commercial profile based on your personal preferences, allowing us to offer you information, advertising, and commercial promotions of products, services, and activities, either our own or those of other entities, that are of interest to you and related to funeral services, by any means, including electronic ones.
The legal basis for this processing is the consent of the interested party.
We do not rent or sell information for monetary compensation, but we may share and disclose information (including personal information) with vendors who perform tasks on our behalf, such as data processors. Additionally, we may share information within the Àltima Group of companies to provide support or for purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy or in the context of a contractual relationship. We may also share personal information when required by law or in response to valid requests from public authorities.
