Cemeteries of Barcelona launches a user support office at the Àltima Ronda de Dalt Funeral Home

Starting this October, the Àltima Ronda de Dalt Funeral Home in Barcelona will host an office for Cemeteries of Barcelona, allowing users to process cemetery services directly at this location.

According to Josep Ventura, General Director of Funeral Services at Àltima, "The new office will offer an even closer service to families using the funeral home, as it will eliminate unnecessary travel. This is another step forward in the quality of funeral services we provide in Barcelona, increasingly tailored to the needs of people undergoing the process of bereavement."

On the other hand, Jordi Valmaña, General Director of Cemeteries of Barcelona, states that from the new facilities at the Ronda de Dalt Funeral Home, "it will be possible to manage the contracting of burials, change ownership, arrange for interment and cremation services, and acquire decorative elements. Additionally, we will be able to provide information related to the burial of any user."

With this office, Cemeteries of Barcelona aims to improve its service to users. Currently, the entity also has offices at its headquarters (Joan d’Àustria, 130), at the Montjuïc Cemetery, Les Corts Cemetery, Sant Andreu Cemetery, and Poblenou Cemetery.

The new Cemeteries of Barcelona service at the Ronda de Dalt Funeral Home will be open to the public from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, and from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM on weekends and holidays.
