Àltima launches two new family care offices in Barcelona

The funeral group Àltima has opened two new family support offices in Barcelona: one at the Hospital Clínic and the other at 9 Sancho de Ávila Street (ground floor). From these new locations in the Catalan capital, the company can offer personalized advice and facilitate the processing of all types of funeral services 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

"With these two new Àltima offices, we aim to get even closer to Barcelona, where we already operate through the Tanatori Ronda de Dalt, and to continue consolidating our position in the city," explains Josep Ventura, General Director of Funeral Services at Àltima, adding that "the new offices at Hospital Clínic and Sancho de Ávila will prevent unnecessary travel for many families who need information and management of our services at these city locations."

On one hand, the Àltima office at Hospital Clínic is located on the ground floor of the hospital and covers an area of 25 square meters, equipped with all the necessary elements to provide the best personalized care to families, available 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday.

The new office at Sancho de Ávila 9 (ground floor, directly in front of the funeral home) spans 62 square meters and includes a reception area and three offices for family support. It provides in-person service from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday to Sunday.

In addition to the centers and offices in Barcelona, Àltima manages several funeral homes in the metropolitan area: Gran Via L'Hospitalet, Bellvitge, Sant Boi, El Prat de Llobregat, Sant Just Desvern, Sant Joan Despí, Sant Vicenç dels Horts, Gavà, Corbera, Vallirana, and Pallejà. The company is also finishing the construction of two new funeral homes: Hospitalet Ronda, in the La Remunta area of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, and Viladecans, with inaugurations planned for the last quarter of the year. In the metropolitan area, Àltima also has offices at various hospitals, such as Moisès Broggi in Sant Joan Despí and the Red Cross Hospital in L'Hospitalet. Additionally, the company manages the comprehensive operations of the Roques Blanques regional cemetery in Papiol.
